Excellent product

We received the rollator within 3 days. It was very easy to put together and fits perfectly for my 94 year old mother.

Two thumbs up

Exactly what we expected. Comparatively speaking lightweight and easy to assemble. It would be nice if it folded a little bit flatter but not sure if that's feasible.

Best buy I've made

I am 80 yrs old. When my doctor ok'd a rollator for me, I was happy. However, the one provided for me by a very reputable company simply weighed too much. I could not man-handle it to put it in & out of my car by myself. So,I went online, found MedLine UltraLightweights & the rest is history. I LOVE IT. I can take it out & put it back into my car by myself, freeing me up to go to church & grocery store. I now leave it in the car, making life easy. It was inexpensive & arrived on my doorstep fast.

Cheap construction, Not designed to last.

Just had to replace all bearing after only 3 months of daily use. Medline uses unsealed skateboard bearings for their rolators. This means that they immediately collect dirt and moisture from day one and self destruct from contamination. Additionally, this model uses a nylon bag, with velcro strips attaching the bag to the frame. While this should work fine, the reality is that the bag is not well constructed and slightly smaller than the frame and the velcro strips a too short. In a nutshell the bag will continuously work loose and fall from the frame.
Overall this rollator could be fine if not for Medline cutting corners on important issues.
The only conclusion is that this rollator is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
