Right brake would not lock cable too short it rolls but won't lock, sorry you sent me a bad one😥

Poor quality

Don't waste your money!! Bought this rollator 7 months ago for a 100 lb/91 year old lady ,1 month post receiving it - the brake cable snapped - it took a couple of weeks to get the part and therefore there was only one working brake, hardly safe for anyone dependent on a walker. I replaced the part (need to be handy) and within 6 months of fixing the problem both the right and left brake cables snapped off completely. I am not happy as now I have a useless and unsafe and dangerous piece of medical equipment. Just so you know - the warranty covers the walker for only 6 months but because I have complained before the 6 month window, I will be receiving two new brakes to be installed by me , I wont hold my breathe!

It is just the right size for tight spaces and lifting.

The only complaint I have is the cloth strap to help fold the walker not durable and should be rethought for a better product.
