Drive TranSport Aluminum Transport Chair

We use this W/C for getting from the car into the mall or where distances are greater than I can walk. It allows me to participate with my family more and to get to places where I would have had to forego my presence. My only wish is that the arms on the chair were adjustable to that my husband (5'11) didn't have to bend over to reach the handles.

This transport wheelchair was purchased for a gentleman over 6 ft in height and weighed over 250lbs. He fits in the chair comfortably. Wife is able to push him in this wheelchair.

I use this chair everyday in my house. I am disappointed that its so low. I would have given it 5 stars if it was higher. I also wish the seat were tighter.

I am going on a trip to Europe and wanted something I could push but, If I got exhausted or it got too painful on my feet my sister volunteered to push me. The transport chair therefore, had to be light enough, in a pinch, we could carry up steps. It had to collapse small enough to fit in an oversized travel bag. This meets all of those requirements. Note the photos I have attached.

Very convenient for travel.
