Wonderful Transport Wheel Chair!!

This is one wonderful transport chair. I thought I had to put it together totally so asked my handyman to come help. He came and got it out of the box & it was basically fully together. We were amazed. But, when it came to break the back legs. Couldn’t do it. He was afraid to push too hard down on the break handles as he thought he break it. We called Just Walkers and they helped immediately. She said that they were really tight at first and don’t be afraid to torque on it. He did and finally got it. She said it would loosen up eventually. 5 days later I had to take my roommate to the doctor in person and it was easy to lift and fit into the back of my Toyota. It totally collapsed and then when I got out at the appointment, the feet swing to the side which is a HUGE help when getting in and out of the car. Then, the brakes unlock and lock from the top perfectly. No bending down. I was thrilled with these special features that most don’t have. A wonderful, lightweight chair. Thank you for such a nice product!!

Improvement

We have an older Drive transport chair. It is much heavier than this one. This new one also has hand brakes versus the levers down by the wheels which had to be foot actuated or reach down to activate. This unit has larger rear wheels and moves better on carpeting.
I highly recommend this product.

Great Chair

I'm glad I purchased this chair it is so lightweight that if you are able, it can be lifted with one hand/arm. Worthwhile purchase!

Adjustments needed

How do I lock the brakes ,so I can go to the front of the chair to help husband to get out ,and the right side of the back will not click in far enough to hold the back up. Is there a way I can fix these two things myself
