      1. Tried both a Samsung Galaxy s3 and a s6. Both phones have a Samsung case that incorporates a flap that acts as a screen protector. Both are a tad bit thicker that just the phone itself and both fit with plenty of room to spare. No filing necessary.
      2. Mounted device the device on the outside of ROLLATOR vertical bar, just under the brake lever. In this position it does not block seat nor interfere with folding.

      bracket to walker loosens too easily

      i love the adjustable nature of the cup holder, but because this is a seated walker, the cup holder can't 'stay put' when we fold it to go mobile vs sitting on it. it has to move or be removed; it hasn't fallen off yet but i have to keep tightening the screws to keep the plastic bracket on it.

      GREAT PRODUCT!

      This is a wonderful product. I am currently using a Rollator and was looking at the available accessories you can get for it. When I saw this cup/phone holder, I thought it would be perfect for me. As it turns out, it is!

      Installing it on the Rollator was a piece of cake for my husband. He had it on there in less then 5 minutes.

      The only thing he did have to modify on it is the phone holder. As I have a Samsung Galaxy 5 and not an iPhone, he had to shave down a little bit of the rubber in order to make it fit. When he was done, you can't even tell where he made the modification and my phone now fits perfectly.

      My mother was thrilled.

      Great cup/cell phone holder for my mother's rollator! It is heavy duty and functional. This gives my 95 year old mother a consistent place to find her cell phone. It is rather over-priced for the function even though the quality is superb.
