The design has changed from soft bottom to hard plastic, rendering them useless for people with hardwood floors. Can't use them at all and was unable to return them. The company no longer produces the soft (tennis ball style) bottom. They will work great on carpet, but then so would the hard plastic skis which last longer, so not sure who thought this one up.
