The Drive Nitro has often been highly praised for its added safety features including hiding the brake cable is inside the frame so it won’t get caught on things. This Drive rollator has 10” front wheels that make it easy to traverse over most obstacles and helps enhance turning radius and rolling comfort. Also, the rollator features a cross-brace design that allows for both side-to-side folding and added stability. The switch from rollator to chair is completely tool free. The weight capacity of this new unit is 300 pounds.

The frame of your Drive Medical product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser. The brake handle and housing are covered for a period of 5 years of the original consumer purchaser. This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment.

This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.

Well Traveled Portable Chair

I Purchased this chair for my 89 year old mother- She does not need a walker /wheelchair on a daily basis. As we travel and go shopping, it gives her balance, and when she is tired, I can push her as she rest. It is also nice when she is walking to put all your shopping bags on (LOL). The chair has held up to a full escorted bus tour to the USA National parks for 10 days, and we went every where with it, dirt paths, board walks that were not even, and no issues, the wheels help up perfectly - We just had to notified the tour company we were brining it, and I had to handle it. No problem. Other travelers on the trip were so impressed with her and the chair - I think they were going to get one.
The we took it on a Cruise for 10 days so she could attend the tours. This wheelchair will fit folded thru a regular cabin door-we had a balcony room. It helped, but the cobble stone street and lack of sidewalks it was a challenge. We did not take it with us for the Tender ports as we has bus tours.
We take it all time and it has held up for 3 years now with no issue. It is foldable, I can lift it with no problems, It is ease for her to use, I have a suv so it fits in the back, we had to put it into a back seat of a med size car once and after all folded up it fit. I have NO problems with the chairs, and we really did put it thru a lot. Our next trip 2024 is a land adventure in Europe and the this wheelchair is comings with us. It will again be put to the test, out doors events, train travel, local subways, tour bus. She now goes every where with us - instead of staying home as she cannot walk long distance with out stopping. The frame is well welded, parts work easy, the only thing I have added is a padded seat, as it is foldable, the seat is strong, but thin.

Extremely pleased with the build quality and Lifetime warranty.

Great Product-BUT

The product is great and easy to use. However, after only used for the second time, the release button fell off and was lost due to not being tightened when the unit was assembled. I contacted Justwalkers and they contacted the manufacture who informed they would not cover it under warranty because it was a wearable part which it would never wear out if it had been tightened when they assembled it. Justwalkers were great and I highly recommend them but the the company could be more customer orientated. If Drive finally takes care of the problem, I will review again and upgrade the rating.

Nitro duet

I would be happy if it hadn’t come broken. The armrest is broken on the left side and when I called was told I would need to repair it myself and the part is on back order! This is not acceptable to me. When something comes broken you should be able to exchange it. This is a $324 product! Shame on you!
