The walker handles were inserted easily and with a couple of tries the correct holes were found for the screws. I had two screws left over so that be the cause of my problems using the walker. With slight pressure on the handles, the front wheel come off the walking surface. I gave up on this walker and ordered a Nitro 3 wheel walker that I am very happy with, but I would note that it is significantly heavier and does not fold up as compactly..

The bag is not only not waterproof but invites rain in! Also shipping may be free but returning it turned out to be VERY expensive — both the cost of returning it and the fact that the initial cost of the “free” shipping was deducted from the refund.

Mom loves it and gets compliments on it. The size fits her older, narrow home, and it is so light that she manages it well. Lifesaver!

After years with a Drive 4-wheel rollator I wanted one that was lighter and easier to fold and stow in the car. The Winnie Lite meets those tests. But appearances can be deceiving. Getting throught doorways is clumsy compared with th 4-wheel. That's because the spread between the rear wheels is 2.5" greater than in the 4-wheel version. That makes a difference, as scuffed doorframes can attest. Also, the much narrower spread of the Winnie handlebars takes away much of the stabiity enjoyed by the 4-wheel version. Finally, I'd cheerfully ditch that pseudo-Burberry carrying bag for one with lesser "fashion" aspirations.
