These forearm crutches reduce the wrist and hand stress normally associated with traditionally shaped crutches by shifting more of your weight to your forearms. For more comfort, you can also adjust these forearm crutches to better fit your body by changing the handle height from 21" to 30" via 1" increments. For better customization, you can also adjust the lower, leg portion of the crutch to help the crutch accommodate your specific height, making it capable of fitting someone from 5' to 6'2" tall. Having crutches that fit your body size perfectly is especially important for long term use. I also like these crutches because they use extra-large crutch tips that provide more support than regular crutch tips.
