The Drive Medical Bellavita Bath Lift is the LIGHTEST bath lift on the market today, weighing only at 20.5 lbs, making it the BEST choice for a shared bathtub when the lift will have to be removed when not in use. Some bath lifts are too large and cumbersome to easily remove, and must be placed in a tub exclusively dedicated to the lift's use. The Bellavita is perfect for those situations when the bathroom is used by more than one occupant, as it is easily lifted out, and the back folds flat for easy storage.

With the seat height at its lowest, 2.3" and at its highest, 18.8", the Bellavita is the lowest bath lift available and is excellent for deeper model tubs. The backrest also reclines to a market leading 50 degrees at its lowest position.

The Bellavita Bath Lift has a completely tool-free set up, making it easy to install and operate. The completely watertight hand control floats, making it easy to access the control buttons while bathing. The easy-to-use quick-charge lithium-ion battery is accommodated in the Hand Control.

This bath lift features a two-piece construction, making the lift easy to assemble and disassemble for transport. When not in use, the back easily folds down for space-saving storage. For added comfort, the backrest and seat are padded. This bath lift has a weight capacity of 300 lbs.

This bath lift comes with four quick-release suction cups with the option for an additional two for an anti-slip bath base. A headrest is available as an option extra. There is a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor.

This Drive Medical bath lift is the lightest of any bath lift on the market, making it much easier to handle than other bath lifts. This bath lifter's height adjusts up to 18.8", meaning it will still work great even when used with deeper model tubs. Plus this bath lifter has your comfort in mind: it reclines up to 50 degrees, and both the backrest and seat are padded. And to make storage easier, this bath lift's back folds down to save space.

Contorl unit failures

WE have had two of these units from different suppliers. Both developed problems in the control unit. The first one ceased to operate but at least it failed in the raised position. It was confirmed to be a failed unit and the provider chose to let me return it.

I then ordered a second from an authorized dealer thinking the first one was just a rare case. The second has failed twice in the lowered position - somethng that is not supposed to happen.

I am still working to resolve the problems with the second bath lift. Not much confidence in this product at this point.

Great product. Well worth the money.

My wife is unable to get in and out of the tub easily because of her knee. This product allows her to take a bath easily. It is a bit heavy for me to lift out of the tub so I end up leaving it in place and taking a shower in our second bath. However, for her this is a small annoyance.
