Despite some problems, much better than crutches

I found it very difficult to adjust the height of the lower assembly. The spring heads on the lower assembly were so difficult to depress that I could not get them both depressed at the same time in order to adjust the height. And when I did, the spring inside the tube twisted out of position a few times. After an hour and a half of struggling with it, I finally got what I thought was the correct height, but it turned out to be a little bit too high. I could not face another hour and a half of struggling, so I left it that way and I have spent 4 weeks walking around with one leg longer than the other. This throws my hip out of alignment and exacerbates my arthritis in the hip. I still find the iwalker to be ever so much more convenient and comfortable than crutches, and I really do like it; I just wish that lower assembly were more easily adjusted.
