  Because of personal pride I delayed purchasing a walking aid for a long time. When I finally made my decision I bought this three wheel rollator and boy am I glad! It is so helpful....its incredibly manuverable and very light weight but still strong. Because of the style, color and apparent ease I get compliments almost daily.One day as I crossed a parking lot a woman stopped in her car and commented on my walker and asked me questions.   The 3 Wheel Winnie Rollator arrived within 4 business days and took about 2 minutes to put the handles into place. It looks very attractive and my 87 year old mother-in-law just loves it. She has received many compliments. It has greatly improved her ability to walk and get around safely. She finds it very handy to be able to place her purse and folding walking stick into the carry pouch, leaving her hands free to use the rollator. Her posture has improved, pain lessened, because both hands are placed evenly on the handles. It is lightweight enough for her to be able to travel by air and it folds easily.

  • I have two three wheel walkers ( Winnie Walkers nine lbs.) but one of them has a missing knob. I am going to Israel in August. My "newest" one seems to have a bent wheel and I do not know whether this can be fixed. Where do I pay for a knob? Wat type of repair store do I look for with the bent wheel? How many lbs. is the walker with the basket?
    Is a new walker warranated? The terrain will be rough but I think these walkers can be up to it. IF they are nigaht I am up to the basket Winhnie Walker.

If the item is no longer under warranty, you can purchase replacement parts from us by calling 800-998-7750. Our customer service representatives would be happy to assist you in ordering a replacement part. Since all replacement parts are special order through Drive, we can only place these orders over the phone. Since we are not the manufacturer, we can not recommend repair shops. The basket weights another pound. We do offer the basket, part R-806, for $35.95 on the website.

  • Will this walker fit through narrow doos?
  • This rollator measures 26.5" wide so the door way will need to be big enough to accommodate this. Most standard rollators like this one will not fit through a standard bathroom doorway.
