  • 3 stars, screw not long enough
    By K from Livonia,MI on 2012-02-09
I was surprised that the instructions were so simple...the installation is diffucult! The screw is way to short, can't imagine that they couldn't make it the actual length, now I have to go to the hardware store to find something that will work. Very, very frustrating. How can they have such a design flaw. Will get back to you when I know for sure that I can make this work, I shall assume if a new screw works this will be a perfect answer for my father's sutuation...wish me luck!

  • 5 stars, The Greatest Rollator Accessory Ever!
By Abby the dog lover from Brooklyn, NY on 2012-01-21
    Best Uses: Dog leash holder
Despite having muscular dystrophy and needing to use a rollator, I adopted a three year old miniature poodle. I scoured the web for an accessory to allow me to attach the leash to my rollator, but found nothing. Now, in addition to using the cup holder for cups and my keys, I make a slip knot around it with the leash handle, making it impossible for my dog to get away.

  • 2 stars, Cup holder needs end cap for bolt
By Caretaker from Houghton, MI on 2011-12-20
Pros: Mounts easily, Can hold cup with handle
Cons: Need another end cap, Bad end cap design, Bolt is too short
The bolt included to secure the cup is too short. The fastener for the end of the bolt is useless. The threads are deep inside and will not connect with the bolt once the cup holder is attached to the walker. I couldn't find a longer bolt at my local hardware with the same threads, so I bought a rounded cap for the end of the original bolt instead. I made it work, but the design flaw with the cap to secure the bolt is annoying. I will recommend it, because it is the only one I found, but it isn't much for the price.

  • 3 stars, good sturdy product
By lv from park ridge, il on 2011-11-25
Pros: Wide cup size range, Stable when surface isn't
Cons: Needs longer screws, Not 4 extra large walkers
My very tall (6'5") father-in-law has an extra large Rollator walker. We had to go to the hardware store and buy a longer screw to make this work because the frame has a larger circumference than most walkers. I gave circumference measurement to Customer service rep and they assured me it would fit so it was annoying I had to improvise but he wanted it so we did. Worked out well in the end but not sure I'd order this one again because of the extra trouble.

abilty to carry a beverage with a lid without needing your hands or having slidage

  • 4 stars, Does what it's supposed to do
By Bush444 from Pittsburgh, PA on 2011-03-11
    Pros: Strong, Simple, Pliable
    Cons: getting it on
The only negative on this was getting it installed on the walker. I'm relatively handy, but it took me almost 15 minutes to get the bolt through the clamp the correct way. I could see how it was 'supposed' to go together, but for the life of me couldn't get the bolt to go through the clamp easily when on the walker. It slid in easily when not clamped around the frame, but when on the walker didn't align just right. I finally resorted to tapping it with a pair of pliers to get it to go through. Once on, it's great.

  • 3 stars, Not what I had in mind
By Joanne from Stroudsburg, PA on 2011-03-03
Cons: Not very portable, Requires Assembly
I was looking for a cup holder that would simply snap into place and would be easy to remove. This is not that cup holder. It's probably perfect for a wheelchair, but for a walker it's too cumbersome.

    Cons: None yet
Product fits all places that we would need it and works very well
