4 stars, Bolt too short
By Bill G from Ohio on 2013-04-20
This cup holder is for my rollator. The holder fits on my rollator well the only problem with this item is the bolt that is included with it is too short as many other reviews have mentioned. I had to make a trip to a hardware store for a different bolt and nut but once I did that the product installed easily and securely

4 stars, Great product
By thepenpusher from Louisville KY on 2012-12-27
Pros: Adjusts To Any Angle, Sturdy, Tight fit
Cons: No Inside Adjustment
Best Uses: Carrying My Coffee
I ordered three products at the same time and they all arrived at different times with the cup holder being the last delivery. Cup holders on vehicles have a spring loaded brace on the inside of the cupholder and I wish this one did too. The interior is large enough, and there are "slots" on the side to accommodate cup handles, but large enough too for a regular paper/plastic cup to jiggle/fall out. Otherwise, being aware of that and using napkins around the bottom of the cup to stabilize, I'm happy with it.

3 stars, screw not long enough
By K from Livonia,MI on 2012-02-09
I was surprised that the instructions were so simple...the installation is diffucult! The screw is way to short, can't imagine that they couldn't make it the actual length, now I have to go to the hardware store to find something that will work. Very, very frustrating. How can they have such a design flaw. Will get back to you when I know for sure that I can make this work, I shall assume if a new screw works this will be a perfect answer for my father's sutuation...wish me luck!

5 stars, The Greatest Rollator Accessory Ever!
By Abby the dog lover from Brooklyn, NY on 2012-01-21
Best Uses: Dog leash holder
Despite having muscular dystrophy and needing to use a rollator, I adopted a three year old miniature poodle. I scoured the web for an accessory to allow me to attach the leash to my rollator, but found nothing. Now, in addition to using the cup holder for cups and my keys, I make a slip knot around it with the leash handle, making it impossible for my dog to get away.

2 stars, Cup holder needs end cap for bolt
By Caretaker from Houghton, MI on 2011-12-20
Pros: Mounts easily, Can hold cup with handle
Cons: Need another end cap, Bad end cap design, Bolt is too short
The bolt included to secure the cup is too short. The fastener for the end of the bolt is useless. The threads are deep inside and will not connect with the bolt once the cup holder is attached to the walker. I couldn't find a longer bolt at my local hardware with the same threads, so I bought a rounded cap for the end of the original bolt instead. I made it work, but the design flaw with the cap to secure the bolt is annoying. I will recommend it, because it is the only one I found, but it isn't much for the price.

3 stars, good sturdy product
By lv from park ridge, il on 2011-11-25
Pros: Wide cup size range, Stable when surface isn't
Cons: Needs longer screws, Not 4 extra large walkers
My very tall (6'5") father-in-law has an extra large Rollator walker. We had to go to the hardware store and buy a longer screw to make this work because the frame has a larger circumference than most walkers. I gave circumference measurement to Customer service rep and they assured me it would fit so it was annoying I had to improvise but he wanted it so we did. Worked out well in the end but not sure I'd order this one again because of the extra trouble.
