  Best Uses: Replacement pads
  Purchased with matching grips. The grips are good, but these pads seem to have more padding on the sides than on the top. They are not exactly uncomfortable, but they are a bit narrower than conventional and seem to be a bit skimpy on the top, while having more padding than actually required on the sides. More top padding would definitely increase the comfort level. I definitely like the gel approach.

  Much more comfortable than the standard rubber pads and better than the multiple layers of cloth wrapped around the pad. Kind of pricey but ultimately worthwhile. Have walked about 20 blocks each of last five days and armpits aren't sore. Still, wish the gel was just a bit thicker. Have recommended to others and will still do so

  • No, these gel underarm crutch pads only work on standard underarm pads, not the underarm cradles of the Millennial crutches.

  • Will these fit the larger, heavy duty crutches such as those made by Medline? The underarm support is about 2 - 3 inches longer than the ones on standard crutches. Will these stretch to fit over?
  • Unfortunately, since these are manufactured by Invacare not Medline we cannot guarantee they will fit. They are designed to stretch over existing pads so they will be able to stretch.
