To increase these crutches' durability, they use heavy-walled, high-strength aluminum tubing that protects against bending and denting. For a better fit, these forearm crutches use arm cuffs with a 4' diameter that contour to the user's arms. Plus, you can adjust both the leg and forearm sections of the crutch so you can find your perfect fit - which is important for long-term use. The cuff can adjust from 7" to 10" in height. There are 3 sizes to choose from: Youth, Adult, and Tall. See the chart below for specific handle height adjustments for each of the 3 different crutch sizes:
