The Invacare Folding Walker Tray is perfect for carrying snacks, beverages, crafts, and more! Easy-to-clean, rounded corners make the tray safe and sanitary. The molded pencil well and 3” cup and mug well helps keep everything in place. The mounting brackets clip on without tools. This tray conveniently folds down and can remain attached to a folded walker. This tray fits on walkers with handgrips that are from 18 to 19 inches apart, and is meant for standard (non-heavy duty) Invacare 6291 and 6281 walkers with a single crossbar.

  • The width of the tray is 16". It will fit on walkers that are between 18" and 19" wide at the top.

  • No, since that is an extra-wide, heavy duty model, this tray will not fit. This tray will fit 19" wide walkers only.

  • Where is the model number on the walker? We have an Invacare Walker with dual paddle releases, junior size, but don't know if it is a model that this tray will fit. Is the "across" measurement from the inside of the supports?

  • Yes, this walker tray should be compatible with your walker. This walker tray will fit Invacare walkers with model numbers 6281 and 6291 (except 6291HDA).

  • You have at the top that this tray will fit the Invacare walker 6291-HDA and then at the bottom of the questions you say it won't fit that walker. So is there a tray that will fit the 6291-HDA walker ?
  • This tray is not compatible with the 6291-HDA walker because it is a heavy duty walker. There are no trays at this time for the 6291-HDA.

  • When you need to the invacare 6291 walker for transportation. What do you have to do? Does the tray fold out of the way or do you have to remove the tray and reinstall it???
  • The Invacare Folding Walker tray is meant to fold down on the walker when the tray is not in use. However, when you fold the walker (to transport it) you will have to remove the folding walker tray.
